We were at the Nordhoff/Beverly Hill game this past Friday night 9/20. Living out of state of course, we wanted a tri tip sandwich!

But I have a medical issue and asked if I could get a sandwich without the BBQ sauce, as I saw meat being sliced before being added to the sauce. I was told (by Brandon) that no, if they did it for me, they’d have to do to for everyone.(which I totally understand) But I did not appreciate him being SO rude to me, especially seeing that it could be possible to have a sandwich without sauce.

Brandon needs to have some classes on how to deal with the public. His comments very disrespectful!!

Hi Melanie – My sincere apologies for that interaction. That’s not our intention and will definitely speak with Brandon. I hope you give us a second chance to meet your dietary needs at the next home game. – Lions
